Kafferep for mesar" by Sara w Nelin: Artist Sara w Nelin often focuses on animals when she creates her art. Sara usually works with humor and playfulness as a guiding light, something that is significant for Sara's way of expression even if the artwork is created in a moment of seriousness. Here she has created the artwork Kafferep for mesar, a work that consists of three motifs that together form a complete work. Each piece is individually framed and then hung next to each other for a complete work of art. The artwork Kafferep for mesar is a triptych, i.e. a work of art consisting of three parts originally derived from the altarpiece, which has a central part and two wings. The presentation form was later used by artists in image creation, worldwide. Triptychs can be created and hung in a specific order and thus create a complete work of art, but sometimes the works are created to be hung together or as stand-alone works.
