The Chanterelle Forest is an original sold at NOA Gallery, an acrylic painting on canvas ready to hang. Painted pages with Latin names of chanterelles written on them. Her artworks are often figurative with elements of a little surrealism and fairy tale feeling.
-My motifs are built up with several thin layers and my figures often get both soul and heart during the work so each work carries its own fairy tale. The idea of picking it up and putting it in the basket, and then looking around to see if there might be more in the neighbourhood.
