The Lion" by Patrik Jonson: The artwork The Lion is a photo taken at a depth of about 20 meters during a night dive at Moalboal, Philippines in 2018. The dragonfish is often out hunting at night, it has seven poison spines on the back of the dorsal fin. - It's an incredibly beautiful fish with its peacock feathers, says Patrik. - I always try to focus on the fish's eyes, as you can see here, the eyes are in focus, they look like water drops. - I also try to try to bring out the personality more than just a fish, so this is Göran, concludes Patrik. With his work, Patrik wants to show how fantastic and beautiful it still is in our seas and how important it is that we together preserve our natural heritage so it is not lost.
