Marie-Louise Landén allows herself to be challenged in her creative work ? and this through a constant, formal search. She is inspired by playing with perspective and colour, preferably in geometric and cubist forms. There is a whimsy, playfulness and joy in the paintings that stem from Marie-Louise's tribute to life itself ? love, colour, the liberating and the wild.
Marie-Louise has practiced meditation and yoga for many years, the philosophy of yoga is that everything is connected and this is something that is often expressed in Marie-Louise's art, without her thinking about it.
