Light atmosphere at Sofiero" – Photography The picture "Light atmosphere at Sofiero" was taken in 2010, by the photographer Britt-Mari Olsson. The motif depicts Ljusstämming, the brilliant arrangement organized at Sofiero Castle, when the castle park is transformed by thousands of lights, candles and marshals. In the picture, we can see how the arrangement lights up the autumn darkness, and spreads both magic and mystery over Sofiero. The castle is located in the parish of Helsingborg, about five kilometers north of central Helsingborg. In the park there are around 10,000 rhododendron bushes of 300 different species and as many hybrids, which makes the large collection of rhododendrons the largest in Northern Europe. The park garden has also been named Sweden's most beautiful in 2009 and Europe's most beautiful in 2010. The painting is sold framed and is in the 50 x 70 cm format. - FAQ
